
Stephen Pham is a veteran nonprofit professional who approaches his work collaboratively and with curiosity. As an organizational development specialist and equity strategist with over a decade of dedicated service to mission-driven organizations, Stephen has spent his career supporting education organizations that are committed to transforming the lives of students all across the country. His experience as a systems thinker has benefited organizations across the country, most recently The Learning Accelerator as its Managing Director, Operations, Culture, & Health. In this position, Stephen helped build a national program for DEI leaders within remote organizations, while also leading TLA’s internal people and culture operations. His current work as an independent consultant allows him to tap into the intersections of innovation, operations, and advocacy. Key accomplishments include: - Leading culture, operations, and DEI for a nonprofit, consistently achieving 90%+ staff recommending the org as a great place to work and "advanced" DEI designation according to Promise54's national DEI survey. - Launching the Remote DEI Collective in 2019 and growing the community over time, publishing multiple articles and online insights about "remote DEI" and garnering over 30k viewers to the resources. - Developing free and open resources for educators focused on data use in schools and practitioner learning. I also managed the development and launch of the Learning Commons, an online platform that aimed to make professional learning resources searchable. - Managing the personalized learning strategy and implementation for a national school network, including supporting the launch of three new schools in various regions across the country.
