PLG Advising for Consumer App Start Up

Through biweekly office hours, I've partnered with a consumer start up to uplevel their product led growth approach. This app is promising in its field, but continuing to iterate on it's product, acquisition strategy, pricing, retention, and more.
We've worked through optimizing their sign up flow, reducing friction and boosting conversion double digit percent. We've also worked through their notification strategy to boost retention while creating value for users, without being spammy or hurting opt outs. We've brainstormed around promotional offerings and pricing to ensure they are ROI positive, while driving their acquisition and retention goals. We've also touched into marketing, including measuring the value of tv ads and optimizing Meta ad products. I have continuously met them where their needs are to help them learn faster on data-driven product growth.
