As Product Growth Director for Meta’s Ads and Business products for nearly five years, Rachael led data-driven growth initiatives and product innovation. She has also led Product and Marketing Analytics teams at other leading e-commerce and fintech companies. Through Arc Growth, she partners with clients to unlock growth for people and products, offering executive coaching, analytics consulting, and data-driven growth strategies. She leverages her expertise in analytics and product-led growth to advise companies on data-driven strategies and best practices for scaling products.
