Input: we'll carry out a detailed evaluation of your current situation and goals and meet with all associated teams (marketing, operations, sales, etc.) to understand the integration and current processes to determine what's working/what's not working.
Output: we'll provide a scoring matrix of opportunities for improvement with recommendations. Recommendations will include level of investment (time, resources: human and financial) and departments to collaborate with and include in the solutions.
