Morgan’s background is a blend of finance and HR, giving her a unique perspective on what it takes to build strong, sustainable teams. She started her career in finance at IBM, where she honed her analytical skills managing complex financial operations and learned firsthand how big businesses make critical decisions. Her experience at IBM gave her a strong foundation in data-driven thinking, which she carried over into her later roles in People perations. She’s led People Ops at companies like Buoy Health and FLYR, and most recently Sundays for Dogs, crafting an employee experience that’s second to none.

Leadership development can take the form of any one of the following: Executive Coaching Personalized, one-on-one development process designed to help executives and senior leaders enhance their leadership skills, performance, and effectiveness. Bloom Bridge provides tailored support that meets the unique needs of each of your leaders. Middle Management Coaching Provide one-on-one executive coaching to those who typically don’t receive coaching in order to enhance leadership capabilities and offer ongoing support to high-potential employees through mentoring programs. Executive Performance Reviews Bloom Bridge will conduct 360 Reviews in order to provide leaders with insights into their performance from peers, subordinates and managers. From this, we will work with those individuals to develop action plans based on feedback, setting goals for improvement, and driving accountability to achieve those goals. Leadership Philosophy Framework There are many flavors of leadership - and aligning your executive team around your set philosophy can create a shared understanding of what effective leadership looks like within your organization.
