Hi I’m Marina O’Rourke, your tech navigator for franchisors. I help brands with 75 units or more and no technology leader as a fractional CTO by developing and executing strategies to drive profitable growth. I do this as part of a team of franchise technologists who work part time for franchise brands and provide the skills required to build affordable, scalable technology. By sitting on the leadership team I can be sure technology aligns with business strategy and that the correct IT projects are executed to deliver lasting results. My ideal franchise brand is between 75-500 units with potential to grow and no technology leader in place. Annual brand sales should be $44 million in sales with an annual revenue of $3.5M or greater. My target decision maker is the CEO.
