As a Fractional COO to small businesses, I work with business owners to attack the challenges that they are facing in their business. I become part of the executive team, allocating a certain amount of hours per month to the organization. My goal is to assist the owner in helping him/her get out of working in the business and instead working on the business. By doing this, the owner can then focus on long term strategies that can be implemented to insure the long term success of the company. Additionally, I work with owners to assist them with M&A opportunities, operational efficiencies and bringing a new layer of business acumen to their organization. My contract is typically a 6 month contract and starts at $250.00 an hour for a minimum of 20 hours per month.
