Hi, I'm Anabel Perez (she/ella)! With a decade of experience spanning local government, philanthropy, and nonprofits, I specialize in applying an equity lens to people management and project development, guiding initiatives from conception to execution. I have worked closely with the CEO of a multi-billion dollar organization, overseeing project management and operational functions within the CEO's Office while fostering effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Previously, I served as the Director of Operations for the former First Lady of New York City, managing office operations and aligning strategies with her initiatives. Before that, I worked as an Intergovernmental Liaison for the New York City Fire Department, facilitating interactions with various government agencies and elected officials at the city, state, and federal levels. I hold a Bachelor of Science from the Austin W. Marxe School of Public and International Affairs at Baruch College and an MPA in Public and Nonprofit Management and Policy from NYU Wagner Graduate School of Public Service, specializing in Public Policy Analysis.
